Growing power sports and outdoor power business is looking for a highly motivated professional to lead our parts department in our Old Forge store. We offer flexibility and opportunities to learn new skills including all aspects of retail store operations. Our dealership focuses on all types of power sports with particular emphasis on snowmobiles. The pay is hourly plus bonuses.
Schedule:
- Friday through Tuesday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Old Forge, NY 13420: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Skills and Experience:
- Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Parts Department: 2 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in the power sports and/or outdoor power equipment industries
- Strong sales and customer service experience required
- Proficient computer skills and experience using social media is desired
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties
Retail sales of parts, clothing, and accessories
Parts lookup by year, make, and model
Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Manage and maintain inventory levels
Manage in-person and online sales
Oversee receiving and shipping
Maintaining and clean and organized storefront
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
