Human Resources (HR) Specialist - Hybrid | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The HR Specialist will support day-to-day human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with an Amazon DSP or in a fast-paced logistics/delivery environment.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to managers and team members.

Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and scheduling as needed.

Develop and maintain HR reports and performance tracking tools.

Foster a positive and professional workplace culture aligned with company values.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).

Experience working with an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) required.

2+ years of experience in HR or related administrative role preferred.

Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with HRIS, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
