We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Legal Secretary to join our legal team. This position is ideal for candidates who are organized, efficient, and eager to learn about the legal field. You will provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and assisting in the preparation of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle routine inquiries

Maintain and organize physical and electronic files

File legal documents with courts

Maintain confidentiality and uphold firm policies and procedures
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Prior administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required

Basic knowledge of legal terminology and legal procedures (preferred but can be trained)
