Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified)
Location: Mooresville, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19/hour

Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders for basic repairs and maintenance
- Perform general upkeep of apartment units and common areas
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
- Ensure grounds and facilities are clean and safe
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred
- Must have own basic tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Non-certified role; no formal license required
