The Junior Estimate Review & Project Specialist plays a pivotal role within our garage door sales and operations workflow. Acting as supporting role to the central point of communication and coordination (Estimate Review & Project Specialist), this role works in tandem with the project coordination team to ensure every project flows smoothly from sale to installation to collected payment. This role is responsible for reviewing and preparing project estimates, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing project efficiency. This role involves collaborating with warehouse, purchasing, and internal and external sales teams to ensure that all estimates are accurate, aligned with project and revenue goals. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at cross-functional communication.

Essential Job Functions:

• Confirm that all garage door estimates sold meet internal standards and are accurate to specification, proper configuration, and the correct parts are associated with the job.
• Project Triage: Act as the inital touchpoint for all sold projects, dtermining readiness for processing and initiating the next steps to the purchasing team.
• Cross-Departmental Communication: Liase seamlessly between Door Designers, Project Coordinators, Warehouse Staff, Purchasing Agents, and Installers to ensure alignment and project accuracy.
• Quality Control: Be the first line of defense in catching potential errors or mismatches before materials are ordered or jobs are scheduled.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all project documentation and forms are complete, clear, and properly stored in ServiceTitan or applicable software.
