We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced intelligence specialist with a strong background in joint intelligence planning, analysis, collection management, and request for information (RFI) management to support the United States Space Force (USSF) information operations in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of professionals in a role that demands exceptional credibility, determination, and independence. As a Blue Sky Innovator, you will work collaboratively with USSF and other stakeholders to devise and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges related to space operations and information warfare. Key Responsibilities:

• Intelligence Support to Planning: Provide intelligence support to planning and plan intelligence operations by writing Annex B, Appendices 1 and 11/Intelligence Estimate with additional tabs as required. Develop priority intelligence requirements (PIR) to support decision making and to mitigate risk, understand information requirement hierarchy (CRMx).
• Intelligence Analysis: Drive innovation and creative thinking in the development of cutting-edge solutions by mastering and providing on-call assessments per standing and emerging analytical lines from authoritative sources.
• Intelligence Collection Management: Responsible for cooperating and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and manage collection requirements and collection strategies to support joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment (JIPOE) and assessments.
• Critical Factors/Network Analysis: Responsible for understanding and deconstructing networks to discover objectives, critical capabilities, centers of gravity, critical requirements, critical vulnerabilities, etc.
• Briefing/Databases/Tools. Responsible for executive level briefing talent and execution as well as advanced level competency on current IC tools, websites, databases, Office suite, etc.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, applying critical thinking and adaptability to rapidly changing circumstances.

Qualifications: Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years intelligence/intelligence operations experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
• Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, requirements-based applications, tools, and databases to support collection, analytical efforts, and product development.
• Shall possess ability to perform all aspects of intelligence planning, analytical support, and collection management during routine, contingency special access program, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises.
• Strong background and firsthand experience required in intelligence operations in multiple steps of intelligence cycle and mastery of intelligence-related strategic and operational materials (DTA, TIA/CIE, ATA, JSIE, JP-2, Joint Guides, etc.)
• Must be familiar, conversant, and comfortable with working with DoD and IC partners.

• Security Clearance: Must possess an active Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

Experience desired:

The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful roles in intelligence planning, collection management, analysis at tactical, operational, and theater-strategic levels. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations in a variety of AORs in environments ranging the spectrum of conflict from campaign to major combat operations (MCO) and be well-versed in the capabilities and limitations of IC organizations.

Specialized Military Training:

• The candidate should have completed a range of specialized military training courses related to Intelligence analysis and operations, collection management, personnel security, and special access program management, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development such as Joint Intelligence Planner (JIP) Certification curriculum, collection management courses (service or joint), Joint Targeting School (JTS), service or joint planning courses (e.g. USN MSOC or JECC-PC).

Salary range for the position is $185,000 - $210,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge. We also offer medical/dental/vision benefits and 401k contribution.
