Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Organization: The Garrett Group is seeking a Senior Knowledge & Information Management (KM) Analyst to support the Narcotics and Transnational Crime Support Center (NTC) in Arlington, VA. This position plays a critical role in enhancing NTC's ability to share intelligence, coordinate operations, and conduct multi-agency efforts to counter narcotics trafficking, transnational organized crime (TOC), and related illicit threats to U.S. national security.
Position Summary: The Senior KM Analyst will design, implement, and oversee enterprise-level knowledge management strategies, ensuring information is accessible, accurate, and actionable across both classified and unclassified domains. This role requires close collaboration with the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and law enforcement agencies, including DOJ, DEA, FBI, DHS, HSI, CBP, U.S. Secret Service, Treasury, and IRS Criminal Investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggregate, manage, and disseminate approved DoD and interagency counterdrug/CTOC intelligence.
- Identify and address obstacles to information sharing; recommend policy, procedural, and technical solutions.
- Support evaluation, adoption, and integration of enterprise KM tools and technologies.
- Enhance situational awareness, transparency, and collaboration across the counterdrug and CTOC community.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on interagency coordination, data handling, and KM best practices.
- Develop training, documentation, and processes to ensure effective use of KM systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of specialized experience or 17+ years of military experience with equivalent responsibilities.
- In-depth experience with DoD/IC data-sharing policies, KM systems, and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical skills in policy, program, and operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Expertise in interagency coordination protocols and security handling requirements.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-level knowledge management solutions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple agencies and classified/unclassified environments.
