Location: Hybrid based in either Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD; or Harrisburg, PA. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while collaborating in-office as needed for closings and team projects.
Note: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in public finance transactions, municipal bonds, or similar regulated areas.

Job Description
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including bond resolutions, offering statements, and closing documents
- Conduct legal research relevant to public finance and municipal securities
- Manage due diligence and closing processes, including document distribution, signature packages, and binders
- Prepare and file UCC, tax, and other regulatory documents
- Communicate with clients, underwriters, and outside counsel to coordinate all stages of transactions
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Paralegal experience in public finance, municipal bonds, or related regulatory work
- Bachelors degree or Paralegal certificate preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong document drafting, research, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Compensation
$90,000 $100,000 per year (non-exempt), commensurate with experience. Includes generous benefits and year-end discretionary bonus potential.
