- Performs rough and finished carpentry work in the repair and construction of buildings, homes, roofs and other items.
- Skilled general property maintenance or willing to learn. (Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
- Effectively reads blueprints and sketches or willing to learn.
- Can handle manual labor and heavy-lifting.
- Uses, and performs operator maintenance on, tools and equipment common to the trade.
- Repairs locks, doors, windows, blinds and other items.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Can run errands for pick-ups or material or drop-off payments/orders.
- MUST be self-motivated and good at time management.
