Job Description
The maintenance technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food manufacturing lines and performing preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Keep food manufacturing lines operational.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production equipment.
- Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to fix and adjust equipment.
Essential Skills
- 3-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Experience working with gearboxes and production equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools including wrenches and screwdrivers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in the food/beverage industry is a plus but not required.

Work Environment
Join a team of 12 maintenance professionals in a plant with over 100 production workers. Steel-toed shoes are required. The schedule includes a 5 a.m. or 6 a.m. start time for the first shift and a 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. start time for the second shift, from Monday to Friday, with work on 2-3 Saturdays per month. This family-owned company has been thriving for over 70 years.

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $81120.00/yr.
