Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test System Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test systems to ensure the highest quality of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies and provide innovative solutions for our Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test systems for electronic products using LabView and ATE tools.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to define test requirements and specifications.
- Implement and maintain test procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing test systems for improved performance and reliability.
- Participate in the validation and verification of test systems, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Document test plans, procedures, and results to maintain a comprehensive record of testing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in test system design and development using ATE.
- Proficiency in LabView for automated test development.
- Experience with TestStand or Test Stand is a plus.
- Familiarity with LabWindows CVI, C/C++, and GPIB protocols.
- Knowledge of VME, VXI, RF, and electronic circuit design is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
