Main Line Service Technician

Position Overview:
The Main Line Technician is responsible for performing advanced mechanical repairs and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles, with a focus on delivering excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess at least some level of Nissan factory training or certification and a commitment to ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical.

• Perform manufacturer-recommended services and warranty repairs in compliance with Nissan guidelines.

• Accurately complete repair orders, documenting work performed and parts used.

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

• Stay current with Nissan training and certification requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.

• Nissan certifications or previous Nissan dealership experience required.

• ASE certifications preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
