The Tucson, AZ market is rapidly expanding! Our office has more leads than we can handle, and we are looking for Agents to partner with.


We are a driven Real Estate company with an aggressive internet lead generation system and referral business.

Compensation:

$106,500+ Commission Based

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the home buying process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive networking and relationship building.
  • Utilize our advanced lead generation system to identify and engage potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for market success.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, always prioritizing the client's best interests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation.
  • Ability to consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills to guide clients through mortgage options and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to network effectively and build lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Experience in conducting open houses and participating in networking events to generate leads.
  • Proficiency in using MLS and other real estate platforms to enhance sales efforts and client satisfaction.
