LHH is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal for a reputable law firm client located in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation and the ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to grow their career within a dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and pre-trial materials

Perform in-depth legal research and summarize findings

Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including document review, deposition preparation, and trial support

Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings in both state and federal courts

Organize and maintain discovery databases and electronic document management systems

Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses
Qualifications:
-
3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on commercial litigation/business litigation.

Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures (North Carolina experience preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software such as Relativity, iManage, or similar tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Paralegal Certificate or degree preferred

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
