LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in the Mount Laurel, NJ area, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to assist their team on a contract basis.

This position is part-time – anticipated to be approximately 20-25 hours per week. Hybrid in office preferred with flexibility.

Responsibilities:

· Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

· Preparing and responding to discovery

· Conducting legal research

· Assisting with trial preparation

Requirements:

· 5+ years of recent commercial litigation experience

· Experience in HOA, community associations, and condominium matters a plus

· Active NJ license required

· Strong writing skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Extremely Organized

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $50 and $72 per hour, depending on experience.



Pay Details: $50.00 to $72.00 per hour
