After school coordinator is a part-time, on site position located in Albany, California. The after school coordinator will be responsible for school pick up, supervision, and presentation of activities such as reading, writing, origami, and art. Communication with parents is another very important responsibility.. The coordinator will work together with our Judo instructors and be trained and supervised by Dan Augustine, owner of Hanabi, who has a masters degree in education and over 40 years of teaching experience.
Qualifications; you must love children; Good communication skills; Experience working With children; College coursework, or an AA is acceptable, but a bachelors degree is preferred: Bilingual ability is a plus; ability to work Monday through Friday 1:30 to 6;00, Wednesdays 12:30 to 6:00, for the entire school year.
Benefits: Pay rate $22-$25 per hour depending on experience - After a three month probationary period.
