Compensation:
$112,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide homeowners through the listing process, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way.
- Utilize your local market expertise to provide clients with actionable insights, helping them make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with our team to implement effective marketing strategies that showcase properties to their fullest potential.
- Conduct thorough property evaluations to determine competitive listing prices, maximizing client satisfaction and sales potential.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers with potential buyers, always advocating for the client's best interests.
- Stay organized and manage multiple listings simultaneously, ensuring each client receives timely updates and communication throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on listing properties.
- Ability to guide clients through the selling process, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
