Legal Assistant – Trusts and Estates
$65,000 – $80,000
An established law firm is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to support its Trusts and Estates Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience managing legal documentation, providing administrative support to attorneys, and interacting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents and court filings

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel

Attend client meetings to witness estate planning document signings

Process billing and maintain confidential legal and administrative files

Provide general support to attorneys and other legal staff
Qualifications:
-
3–5 years of legal assistant experience, preferably in Trusts & Estates
-
Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
-
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, redlining, and digital dictation tools
-
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
