Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on installing, testing, and servicing fire alarm systems throughout the area. You’ll have the opportunity to take on a variety of projects, learn new systems, and grow your skills with the support of a close-knit team that values your contributions.

Responsibilities

· Install, program, and service fire alarm systems and related components

· Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance in compliance with NFPA 72 and local codes

· Troubleshoot and repair system issues efficiently and accurately

· Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

· Complete inspection and service reports accurately and on time

· Maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication and professionalism

· Assist other team members on projects as needed

Qualifications

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience with fire alarm systems (installation or service)

· Familiarity with NFPA 72 and local fire codes

· Experience with systems such as Notifier, Fire-Lite, or Silent Knight is a plus

· NICET Level I or II certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

· Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
