LHH has partnered with a great law firm in Seattle, WA who is looking for an Attorney Practice Coordinator to provide strategic and administrative support across multiple legal practices.

This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities, along with deep expertise in labor and employment law procedures at both state and federal levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central liaison between attorneys and internal support teams, including calendar, billing, and resource coordination.

  • Ensure all submissions to the Attorney Resource Team are complete, accurate, and well-documented.

  • Monitor and manage deadlines, alerting attorneys to critical dates and ensuring compliance with court and agency requirements.

  • Maintain and update litigation records in Virtual Binder and NetDocuments.

  • Prepare and finalize legal filings, including e-filing with courts and agencies, and coordinate service to involved parties.

  • Generate and format Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities using Best Authority.

  • Initiate and manage new client matter submissions in alignment with firm protocols.

  • Coordinate transcription services and document production with office support staff.

  • Maintain attorney contact databases via Outlook and InterAction.

  • Track and report daily tasks and assignments.

  • May assist with reviewing and editing client billing drafts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a professional legal or administrative setting.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple attorney workflows and prioritize competing demands.

  • Strong initiative and attention to detail in managing case timelines and deliverables.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.

  • Advanced proficiency in Best Authority, MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe, and Forte.

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document management systems such as NetDocuments.

  • In-depth understanding of court rules and electronic filing procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • On-Site, Mon - Fri

  • $35 - $44 per hour

  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.



Pay Details: $35.00 to $44.00 per hour
