Title: Entry level Civil Engineer
Location: Warrenville, IL
Hire Type: Long term contract
Compensation:$30-35/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Use industry-standard technical software to support analysis, preparation, and quality control of project deliverables.
- Assist with pre-construction civil engineering activities, including design, planning, permitting, modifications, and technical evaluations for projects of varying size and complexity.
- Support project teams by addressing technical challenges, coordinating with project managers, and collaborating across multiple disciplines.
- Build knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Gain exposure to and proficiency in discipline-specific tools, which may include AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, traffic modeling platforms, roadway design software, and GIS applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program, to be completed by Summer 2026, in one of the following disciplines:
- Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering
- Engineering Technology
