Lead a world‐class regulatory & quality operation while turning health insights into breakthrough supplements. Your vision will safeguard compliance and accelerate innovative products to wellness markets worldwide.

ROLE SNAPSHOT

• Hybrid work model (flexible travel)
• Spearhead compliance and product innovation for a global supplement brand

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect enterprise‐wide regulatory and quality systems that exceed FDA / cGMP benchmarks
• Drive concept‐to‐launch pipelines, balancing speed, science, and compliance
• Oversee global submissions, labeling, and claims substantiation across 40+ markets
• Command audits, inspections, and CAPA programs—targeting zero 483s or warning letters
• Track KPIs, analyze risk, and brief executives on portfolio health and growth
• Scout trends, source novel ingredients, and set innovation priorities
• Mentor cross‐functional teams, embedding a culture of quality and continuous improvement

MUST‐HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. in a scientific field (M.S.+ preferred)
• 12+ yrs regulatory and/or quality leadership in supplements or sports nutrition
• 5+ yrs senior management directing cross‐functional teams & strategy
• Expert command of FDA regs, cGMPs, EU GxP, ICH guidelines
• Proven record navigating inspections and engaging health authorities
• Skilled in submissions, risk assessment, CAPA, and compliance software
• Stellar communication, integrity, decisive leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Mastery of international market entry and lifecycle management
• Ability to translate customer insights into profitable product breakthroughs
• Inclusive leadership style that develops high‐performing teams
