Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a real impact? Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for an Information Technology (IT) Help Desk to join our team.
In this in-branch role, you will work with IT management to provide outstanding support to our end users across the organization. Your skills will play a large role in keeping our coworkers working efficiently as you configure, deploy, and maintain a range of devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, desk phones, and other peripherals. You will install approved software on required devices, ensuring that our coworkers have the tools they need to perform their daily tasks. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the testing and implementation of new systems, contributing to the ever-evolving technology landscape at Clearwater Credit Union.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy end user hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, desk phones, and other peripheral devices at all branch locations.
- Install, update, and maintain approved software to required devices.
- Assist with on-site and remote technical support.
- Manage service requests from end users to resolve issues and keep our operations running smoothly.
- Assign security permissions and access for software as needed.
- Maintain excellent communication with IT management on all tasks and projects.
- Research and identify systems problems and resolutions.
- Provide internal and external members with excellent service and training on systems as necessary.
Qualifications:
- College degree and/or 1+ years in a related field.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to implement effective people, time, project, and organizational management practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and to work effectively and efficiently with all levels of staff, members, and vendors.
