Job DescriptionA growing and well-respected construction firm is seeking a Contract Administrator to support project operations, subcontract documentation, and billing coordination. This individual will play a key role in managing contract workflows, ensuring compliance, and supporting multiple departments. Ideal candidates will have experience working with AIA documents or construction contract formats, a sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage subcontract agreements, change orders, and documentation.

  • Review contract requests and ensure all necessary materials are submitted.

  • Support project teams and accounting with billing, reporting, and issue resolution related to subcontractor work.

  • Maintain electronic filing systems with standardized naming conventions and organization.

  • Ensure subcontract files are audit-ready and compliant with internal policies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project lifecycle tasks from proposal to closeout.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a Contract Administration or related administrative support role.

  • Strong familiarity with AIA documentation or construction contract formats.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital document management.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate professionally.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience supporting project management or accounting teams in a construction, engineering, or general contracting environment.



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
