Ottumwa, IA | Part-Time | Assisted Living Community

Wage Range: $15.00–$17.50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-time | Morning shifts (10:00am-3:00pm) with some weekends

How You’ll Make an Impact:

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will:
• Plan and lead engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Design and schedule meaningful programs tailored to residents’ preferences
• Coordinate with outside groups and vendors to enhance programming
• Ensure activities meet quality and safety standards
• Provide personal care and delegated nursing services as needed
• Report directly to the Community Director and support overall resident satisfaction

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• 1-2 years of experience working with seniors (Preferred)
• Proven experience planning and leading activities for older adults (Required)
•Creativity, enthusiasm, and compassion for working with older adults
