We are currently seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team in Jacksonville, Florida.
Position Overview:
The Corporate Paralegal will provide critical support to the legal department by assisting with corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and transactional matters. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of corporate law and business practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation, review, and management of corporate documents including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and organizational records

Support corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and financings

Maintain and update corporate records, filings, and compliance calendars

Assist with drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts and agreements

Coordinate with outside counsel and regulatory agencies as needed

Conduct legal research and gather information to support legal matters

Ensure compliance with state and federal corporate regulations

Manage internal legal databases and document management systems
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of corporate paralegal experience or equivalent legal support background

Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with legal research tools and MS Office applications

Paralegal certification preferred but not required
