Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst / QA Lead to support enterprise application initiatives, with a strong focus on Oracle testing strategy. This role will play a key part in ensuring system quality, stability, and performance across complex Oracle-based environments Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute QA testing strategies for Oracle-based applications and system implementations.
- Define and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end testing efforts, including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Partner closely with IT, developers, and business stakeholders to identify risks, validate functionality, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Provide QA leadership, guidance, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or QA Lead, with demonstrated ownership of testing strategy.
- Strong experience developing and leading Oracle testing strategies.
- Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level systems and integrations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, or other Oracle enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Prior experience supporting large-scale implementations or system transformations.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
