Our client, a private Dallas-Fort Worth investment firm is hiring for their legal team.

A DFW-based multiple-billion dollar private investment enterprise with holdings in a vast array of assets is seeking someone coming from big law or a similar investment firm background. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience post-law school (preferring more), possess very strong analytical skill and attention to detail, and have the highest pedigree of educational and intellectual excellence.

A Day in the Life:

Coordinating with the Principal, Partners, Senior Portfolio Managers, and firm leaders regarding a wide variety of legal matters. You will be responsible for researching complex and innovative concepts, analyzing possibilities, advising risk mitigation, negotiating contracts, managing outside counsel, staying informed on key topics, and more.

The open office concept is conducive to lively real-time discussions about deals in play, the market, new deals, old deals, lessons learned, and why the Cowboys can’t win.
