We are looking for a Junior Mechanic that is willing to learn and join our team, experienced or inexperienced!
Duties include assisting, training, and performing:

Diagnosing Vehicle Issues: Inspect and identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues by using diagnostic tools, performing visual inspections, and evaluating vehicle performance.

Performing Repairs: Repair or replace defective parts, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, exhaust systems, and electrical systems, ensuring vehicles are returned to optimal condition.

Performing Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and replacements, brake inspections, and air filter replacements.

Testing Vehicles: Test drive vehicles to verify the effectiveness of repairs and ensure that they are running smoothly.

Using Diagnostic Equipment: Utilize various diagnostic tools and computer systems to detect issues and ensure that vehicles meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

Customer Communication: Communicate with customers about the issues found. Explain technical details in an easy-to-understand way and provide recommendations for further maintenance.

Ensuring Safety Compliance: Ensure that all repairs and maintenance meet safety standards and regulations. Check that vehicles are roadworthy before returning them to customers.

Clean and Maintain Tools and Equipment: Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and in good working condition to maintain a safe working environment.

Working with Other Technicians: Collaborate with other mechanics, technicians, and service advisors to solve complex problems and ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently.
