Responsibilities
- We expect you to perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
- You shall respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests by assessing the situation and providing efficient solutions.
- You will conduct regular inspections of common areas, guest rooms, and facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- We expect you to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including task details, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- You shall collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and repairs.
- You will operate and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition while adhering to safety protocols.
- We expect you to assist in managing inventory levels by tracking supplies and requesting restocks when necessary.
- You shall participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry standards.
Requirements
- You must be proficient in performing routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel facilities.
- We require you to have strong diagnostic skills to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions for equipment malfunctions or building repair needs.
- You should demonstrate a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members during maintenance activities.
- Your ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently is essential for this role.
- You need to collaborate effectively with other departments to coordinate maintenance efforts and minimize disruption to guest services.
- We expect you to keep accurate records of maintenance requests, completed tasks, and any parts or supplies used in order to maintain an organized workflow.
- You are required to respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to address urgent issues that arise outside of regular working hours.
