This Industrial Maintenance Technician role is an exciting opportunity within a chemical cleaning manufacturing facility. The technician will be responsible for managing plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks within the plant. This includes working on motorized conveyors, 3-phase motors, and PLCs.
Responsibilities
- Address plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues within the plant.
- Work on motorized conveyors, 3-phase motors, and PLC systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform welding tasks using MIG and TIG techniques.
- Interpret and work with blueprints.
Essential Skills
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Skilled in welding, including MIG and TIG.
- Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC control and PLC troubleshooting.
- Understanding of 3-phase motors and maintenance repair.
- Familiarity with conveyors and motors, including AC/DC motors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.

Work Environment
This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. There will be occasional overtime on Friday. The facility maintains a clean environment, with a slight bleach smell due to the production of bleach-based chemical products.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
