Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of fast-paced, high-visibility technical and business initiatives.

  • Manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects—ensuring alignment with strategic goals, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.

  • Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams to define milestones, manage risks, and drive decision-making.

  • Oversee supplier collaboration and vendor relationships, ensuring project alignment with organizational and program roadmaps.

  • Facilitate planning, integration, and change management across workstreams and systems.

  • Identify and resolve complex issues and dependencies between teams, proactively removing obstacles to maintain project momentum.

  • Champion continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across delivery teams.

  • Lead and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management or IT delivery, with proven success using standard project management tools and methodologies.

  • 5+ years managing large, enterprise-level programs or high-visibility initiatives.

  • Strong technical background, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Experience managing supplier/vendor delivery and relationships.

  • Working knowledge of mainframe or legacy system implementations.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

  • Able to lead through ambiguity and influence across teams.

  • Entrepreneurial, action-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you’ll have the autonomy to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership, and directly impact enterprise transformation efforts.
