We serve as the shared services organization for Alee Behavioral Healthcare (ABA & clinical services) and The Kioko Center (pediatric outpatient therapy). About the Role
The Site Manager is the senior administrative leader for the North Andover clinics, overseeing both Alee Behavioral Healthcare and The Kioko Center operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for day-to-day management, staff accountability, culture-building, and clinic growth. The Site Manager partners closely with clinical supervisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining operational excellence and driving sustainable utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for both Alee and Kioko clinics in North Andover, ensuring smooth scheduling, staffing, and facility management.
- Align site operations with CBS Therapy shared services (billing, payroll, HR, compliance).
- Implement consistent workflows and systems across both programs.
- Supervise administrative and support staff; collaborate with clinical leaders on performance and accountability.
- Lead morale-building initiatives and strengthen team culture.
- Manage clinic growth from ~30% capacity toward full sustainable utilization.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with schools, pediatricians, and insurers.
- Track and manage intake pipeline, waitlists, and retention metrics.
- Report on key metrics (utilization, staffing, revenue, morale) to CBS leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with state, payer, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, education management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of management experience, ideally in healthcare, education, or clinic operations.
- Proven success leading teams and improving operational performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at managing change and conflict.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting KPIs.
- Background check required (per Massachusetts regulations).
