Job Responsibilities:

Assists in the repair of the buildings and grounds of a luxury residential apartment community.
Prepares vacant units for occupancy.
Inspects building and grounds for cleanliness and repairs.
Responds to service requests in a courteous and timely manner.
Performs duties according to (OSHA) standards and follows company policies.
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, and operating procedures .
High school diploma required. Universal CFC license required. Minimum 4 years related experience required.
Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred.
Must have own transportation . Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
Salary commensurate with qualifications.

Job Requirements:

Experience in building maintenance
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HVAC, pluming, electrical, and appliance repair
Availability for emergency on-call rotation
Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently
Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A sharp professional appearance
Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs
A service mentality, desire to learn and contribute
