Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities
- Support students with special needs, including one-on-one and small group settings
- Implement behavior management strategies and support positive student engagement

- Assist with classroom organization, lesson preparation, and supervision
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional coursework or certification)
