About the Position: We're looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician with a passion to learn and grow in an environment where attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to getting things done right are key.
Job Duties Include:
- Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests.
- Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
- After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal
Job Requirements for all levels:
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical/hands-on tasks in various weather conditions
- Must be a self-starter and flexible team player with strong problem-solving instincts
- Eager to grow and learn, including expanding skills in the effective use of tools and equipment
Experienced Techs will also need:
- 2+ years of property maintenance experience including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Ability to independently troubleshoot repairs with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to mentor entry-level team members on tool use and safety practices
- EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days! Regency-paid.)
