About Us:
We are seeking a proactive Contract Administrator with hands-on construction experience to join our Nashville team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail in purchase orders, contracts, and subcontract management, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee the lifecycle of purchase orders, contracts, and subcontracts from initiation through closeout

Draft, review, and negotiate contract documents to ensure clarity, compliance, and risk mitigation

Collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure contract adherence and timely procurement

Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files and databases
-
Monitor subcontractor compliance with contract terms, insurance, and certifications
-
Identify and resolve potential contract discrepancies or issues proactively
-
Support senior leadership with contract reporting and risk analysis

Facilitate contract amendments and change orders as needed
Who You Are:

Experienced in construction contract administration or related field (3+ years preferred)

Skilled in managing purchase orders, vendor agreements, and subcontract documentation

Strong knowledge of construction procurement processes and contract law basics

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

Comfortable using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
