Senior Project Manager – Chandler, AZ
Job Summary:
An established structural steel fabricator is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects valued between $15M and $30M. This role oversees all project phases, including contracts, scope, budgets, schedules, and coordination among internal teams and general contractors. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, leadership experience, and proficiency in project management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple project teams including PMs, APMs, and Coordinators.
- Review and process contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Coordinate with general contractors, shop, and field teams to ensure schedule compliance.
- Oversee fabrication and installation progress, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and all corporate procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management preferred.
- 5+ years of structural steel or misc. metals experience in project management or estimating.
- Proven ability to oversee complex projects from design to completion.
- Strong understanding of fabrication, erection, and AISC/AWS codes.
- Proficiency with Tekla, Procore, Smartsheet, Sage, and Adobe PDF tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time | Direct Hire
Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
