Therapist Supervisor 
Position: Elizabeth, Full-Time Location: New Jersey Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary: Join our organization as a Therapist Supervisor and bring your clinical expertise to a leadership role that impacts both teams and clients. You’ll oversee supervision, ensure quality treatment delivery, and foster a culture of accountability and growth within your department.
Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise a team of licensed and associate clinicians.</li>
<li>Conduct regular case reviews and compliance checks.</li>
<li>Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with directors on strategic clinical initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure ethical and evidence-based standards are consistently upheld.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.</li>
<li>Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and leadership skills.</li>
