What You'll Do (Day in the Life):
- Operate spray foam equipment with precision, following blueprints and codes to deliver flawless insulation installs.
- Collaborate on residential and commercial jobs, from attics and crawl spaces to scaffolds and high-lifts.
What We're Looking For (Your Must-Haves):
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with spray foam or insulation products.
- Solid working knowledge of spray foam equipment and local/national building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings to spray accurately.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Physical stamina: Stand/walk for shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate ladders, attics, ducts, and more (we provide PPE!).
- Full-time availability, including flexible hours and on-call readiness.
