About the Role

As a Junior Multimedia Specialist, You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and sound of our creative media such as podcasts, training videos, working closely with the creative producer to ensure high-quality, engaging content.

Responsibilities

Video & Audio Production

• Edit and enhance video and audio content by syncing tracks, adjusting visuals, and adding graphics or effects as needed.

Podcast Editing & Publishing

• Edit podcast episodes for both audio and video, ensuring clear sound quality, smooth transitions, and overall polished production.
• Manage publishing schedules and ensure timely release of episodes.

Graphic Design

• Design engaging episode covers, thumbnails, and podcast artwork for each release.

Social Media Highlights

• Create and assist in designing promotional content tailored for social media platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Fine Arts, Information Technology major in Multimedia Arts or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experiences in marketing with focus on graphic design , video editing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in editing software/s (e.g. Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Descript, Audacity).
• Strong understanding in social media platforms and best practices.
