LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a confidential client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and contribute to the success of a leading organization.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including formation, dissolution, and amendments.

Maintain and organize corporate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Conduct legal research and provide support on various corporate matters.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

Support the legal team in managing corporate governance and compliance matters.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Assist with the preparation of board meeting materials and minutes.

Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate legal assistant/paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in legal research and drafting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
