Job Snapshot:
- Pay: $25–$35/hr
- Schedule: full-time Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM
- Benefits: health insurance, paid time off (1 week of PTO after 1 year of service), a bonus structure with end-of-year bonuses based on performance, growth opportunities, uniforms, and company and holiday parties
Our Ideal Experienced Automotive Mechanic:
- 5+ years of mechanical experience in an auto repair shop
- Strong diagnostic abilities
- Ability to provide own tools
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
The Work You'll Do:
- Perform essential maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues with precision
- Replace worn or faulty parts and ensure vehicles are road-ready
- Communicate with customers about issues and repair costs clearly and professionally
- Maintain detailed service records and follow all safety protocols
