Job DescriptionFacility CoordinatorThomasville, GA l $15.00 - $16.00 / Hour
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator that will help maintain the cleanliness of an office to the highest possible standard. This position requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual who can work independently, manage multiple cleaning and maintenance tasks, and support the overall upkeep of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas and company warehouse
- Collect and deliver supplies when needed
- Empty bins and dispose of waste properly
- Work independently and efficiently to complete cleaning tasks.
- Help with clean up after company functions (occasionally)
- other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Superior time management skills
- Ability to lift 45 pounds
- Previous janitorial experience preferred
- Willing to undergo criminal background check
- Clean drug screen
Location: Thomasville, GAPay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 / HourSchedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
