As an engineering intern/co-op, you will work side-by-side with our engineering professionals to gain hands-on experience in the sand casting industry. This role provides exposure to real-world manufacturing environments while building skills in problem-solving, process improvement, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing through process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with product and process development projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams on day-to-day problem solving.
- Document findings, update work instructions, and contribute to project reports.
- Learn and apply industry standards and best practices in casting and manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
· Must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another related field
· Must have a minimum of 12 semester hours in core degree course work
· Individual should be a rising sophomore (at minimum) when internship begins
· Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or at any point in the future
