Location: Hybrid/Remote (Must travel to HQ in Dubuque, IA; 2 weeks per month)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year

We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales with a proven track record in the promotional products industry (or related sectors) to drive revenue growth and lead a passionate, results-driven team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Create and execute strategies that scale sales in the branded merchandise and promotional products space.
  • Lead with Purpose: Set clear goals, coach and support your team, and foster a culture of accountability and empowerment.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and improve customer experience.
  • Hire and Develop Talent: Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales performers who align with our values and mission.
  • Monitor & Optimize: Analyze sales performance data, identify opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Be Customer-Centric: Step in on key negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally in promotional products, branded merchandise, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong people management and coaching abilities with a focus on inclusivity and team growth.
  • Data-savvy with the ability to interpret trends and translate them into strategy.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Travel: 1 to 2 weeks per month in Dubuque, IA (REQUIRED)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and distribution models.
  • Familiarity with SAGE or similar CRM platforms.
