Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead and deliver commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, design/build expertise, and a passion for construction excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Lead project teams, including superintendents and subcontractors.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Prepare bids, review drawings, and ensure quality control.
  • Conduct on-site meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in commercial construction management.
  • 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Procore certification preferred.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
