You’ll meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and help them choose the right HVAC solution—without high-pressure tactics or gimmicks. Just honest, professional guidance that customers trust.

What You’ll Do:

Run in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads
Listen, educate, and recommend the right system
Build trust and guide customers through their options
Create and present estimates
Work closely with install teams to ensure a smooth experience
Follow up and keep CRM records up to date

What You Bring:

HVAC sales or home services experience
Comfortable talking about money and making the sale
Driven, curious, and motivated to hit goals
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
