Blew & Associates, P.A. is a leading firm specializing in land surveying, engineering, and environmental assessment services. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by analyzing market data and assisting in the development of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth, and effectively communicate findings to the sales team.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to generate leads and enhance conversion rates.
- Manage and maintain client records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing efforts and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and keep abreast of competitor activity and industry trends.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand account value.
- Monitor and report on daily lead generation metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales analysis, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in analyzing data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- A team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
