We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of maintaining the condition and functionality of a multi-family complex.

Responsibilities
- Processing work orders for repairs in occupied units
- Performing repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move-ins
- Ensuring property grounds and landscaping is free of debris and are properly maintained
- Additional duties as assigned
Physical Demands
- Move a stackable washer/dryer with assistance and with appropriate safety gear
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions
Qualifications
- Maintenance experience in residential/multi-family properties or similar
- Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm
On-call schedule (on for 1 week, off for 3 weeks)
